Integrated Turn-Key Service 

CredentialMed is the preferred single source for all credentialing needs.

CredentialMed:

• deploys primary source verification to credential every physician and allied healthcare professional;
• enrolls every physician and allied healthcare professional in the Continuous Query service of the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) ; and
• assures that all professionals undergo credentials verification in compliance with applicable nationally-recognized standards.

Physicians and allied healthcare professionals are required to submit a completed CredentialMed comprehensive Credentialing Services Packet which includes attestations regarding conflict of interest and confidentiality, HIPAA, HITECH, as well as client-specific credentialing and re-credentialing forms and related materials.

Dynamic Monitoring

CredentialMed credentials and re-credentials all independent healthcare professionals who provide clinical and consultative healthcare services dynamically on an ongoing basis, not a periodic basis. The re-credentialing process occurs every two years or upon expiration of a credential, and is composed of a re-review and re-verification of a physician’s or allied healthcare professional’s credentials.
